The mechanic obviously took my vehicle to get the parts. Left his Arby's cup along with the oil can in my center counsel. He also left his hat and dirty rubber gloves. Not very professional. Dirty marks on my steering wheel and over the vehicle.

My experience was when my car needed to towed to Stan's and I worked with David. My engine had locked up and needed to be transferred to Prestige. But my entire experience with the tow driver and David was outstanding and I will not go anywhere else in the future.
I will expect a refund of $50 as agreed upon since you had a sale just following the work on my car.
My only complaint is that it takes so long to get a vehicle repaired. We brought our car in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. We were told to have it there by 9am which we did. I started calling at 4:30pm-5 to see if it was done. Just seemed like scheduling could be better so I am not without a car the entire day for simple stuff.
We had a very positive experience at Stans! The staff was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The price is high but you get what you pay for. It was fixed correctly the first time and they had us in and out licking split! I would send my mother here!
We had David as our tech for my son's truck. Very, very helpful and had great customer service.

This was a complicated and unusual repair. The whole staff at Stan's was kind and patient with the evolving complications. Most notably, however, was Jarad. He managed our repair with knowledge, skill, support, understanding and patience. Despite numerous calls from me, he never seemed put out to take one. Additionally, he represented Stan's as one who took pride in his own work, but also pride in the company for which he works.

I had my power steering pump replaced, which was very expensive. 12 hours later my car was smoking and whining and the pump had sprung a leak. Stans redid the repair free of charge, but offered no reasoning for the first leak. I definitely appreciate them correcting the issue for free, but communication could be better. You have to call and check.
Stan's was great the only issue I had was my warranty only covered 95$ an hour in labor and they charged 111$.
My experience was excellent. I called for a tow to the shop and he did a great job, and gave me a ride. the main thing that I came away with was how very nice all of the people at Stan's are. My visit was definitely a good one, thanks so much.

The day I came in, I had no car and needed a ride home which was provided for me free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. The time that my car was fixed was done before the estimated date which was great. Everyone was very friendly and nice regarding the situation and my car was fixed wonderfully.
It was fine, but they should have had more loaner cars since I was with out mine for over a week.
I was expecting a huge bill for a VW water pump (well, huge to me, anyway). Turns out, thanks to their record-keeping, the pump was under warranty! Thus, no cost to me. Not to forget Jared (sorry if the spelling is wrong). This guy is a car geek, and explains things in lay-peoples' terms! What a resource and treasure he is.
My wife had 2 items that are tricky to find - Gas fill shuts off at pump frequently & car dies when idle slows. We paid $750.00 but did not fix the problems. I know these are tricky problems and they tried what they could, but it's a lot of money for no fix. Eddie is so awesome and helpful and the Tech's are great to work with also. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Stan's unless we have multiple outcomes like this one.
The repairs escalated based on their initial plan. They did all the things necessary and everything worked as it should when they were finished.
The service was friendly, direct and clear regarding estimated costs. Jarod kept us informed when we needed tow to shop, pick up and drop off. Regarding repairs, he was thorough about what the shop felt necessary to maximize proper repair to the vehicle, though it would cost more in the end. We were grateful to have been given time to pay for the repairs over several weeks. The shop did a great job and car is running very well. Thank you all for your friendly, fast service!
Had coil spring air bags installed & headlights aligned, as far as I can tell airbags were fine. They installed new headlights, but I would of had better illumination with a candle, high and low beam operated backwards. I don't normally like to drive at night, but had an Emergency and had to. I finally made it home at 11pm. I don't mind telling you what I thought about the service, on that long dark ride home.
I gave a 9 out of 10 based on a one time positive experience.
They did a new bus transmission. We appreciated the quick turnaround time. When we got the bus back to Estes Park, the transmission was leaking. Had to pay a driver to take it back to Loveland, and then had to pay again to pick it up to have leak fixed. Eddie was very pleasant to deal with. Bus seems to work properly now.
I had a charging problem with my camper that blew up a battery. My multimeter showed voltage was too high. I replaced voltage regulator twice and had alternator bench tested and it passed. I also had charging system tested at a part store the same day my battery blew up and it passed but my meter showed it was overcharging. I was referred to Stan's by 4 seasons RV. They spent 2 hours testing it extensively and it passed all their tests. I paid the 2 hour diagnosis to them and took it home. 2 hours is the minimum charge on electric diagnosis for RVs there. I still got high voltage readings with my multimeter but when I checked my meter on another vehicle that had a voltage gauge my meter was reading the same as the gauge in the vehicle. I notified Stan's of this and they agreed to take another look and not charge the 2 hour diagnosis fee again. This time they got the same results I was getting all along and they were able to find the problem and repair it for an additional $100.00. I would use them again because they were willing to take another look at it for me when I told them my concerns and they got it resolved for me in a reasonable time frame and cost. Any garage can miss something, but its how they work through the problem should one occur that separates a good shop from the rest.

Over all the service was good but when I had my dad call to pay he was told there was no record of my car being there. Then when I called to see what was going on and why he was told that the lady I talked to was very rude I had to be transferred to someone else and he was much more delightful and helpful. Also when he did make it down to finally pay his debit card was charged twice and they were not open the next day to get it fixed. So taking out double really put us in a bind for rent and bills.
Brought my RV in to have some electrical work done on the engine, they worked diligently to find the problem. They also did battery work up and oil change and were very reasonably priced for the work done. They were also very professional and the service was prompt. I will be going there again for sure!

I went to Stan's for maintenance on my RV engine and generator. Stan's performed the maintenance and then asked if they could perform a diagnostic check on my rig and generator. I hesitated to approve the testing as I have had other facilities use the results to generate additional business. Stan's checked out my rig, reported there were no problems. In my opinion they are an honest business and I will take my unit back without any hesitation.
I feel like I was over charged. They made it seem like I was a burden to their day. The service guys made it seem like foreign cars means they don't want to work on it at all.
You guys are extremely helpful, reasonable, down to earth, and don't try and take advantage of anyone... plus Eddy is the best.

I went in for a second opinion. Another tire/repair shop had stated that there were several (expensive) problems with my vehicle. Since I hadn't seen any symptoms of anything wrong, I took it to Stan's. After thoroughly checking over my vehicle, they found no problems whatsoever.
Stan's has always corrected difficult to find problems with my vehicles over the years. They also proved themselves to be honest. Lastly, they worked with me when I was in difficult financial times to pay of my repair bill.
I think they replaced things that were unneeded.
