We went in for service on the brakes twice.I found out after the second service that they turn the rotors but did not replace the brakes.After going to have the brakes replaced the second time, Three days after the service call we had to have a front end alignment done and two tires replaced because the tread had split.I thought they would have noticed that the tread on the tires were split if they had to take tires off to replace the brakes. we went in for service on the air conditioner Once. 3 days To a week after we have those service repairs done.They said that they replace the valve on the air conditioner and recharged it. 7 days after that repair was done the air conditioner stopped working.
I was a huge fan of Stamps and always took our cars there. I a new manager came in a while back and I have found him to be arrogant and unhelpful. I was charged for things that were not fixed and when I asked him he said things like, We couldn't find that. But I was still charged. He has ruined our favorite shop.
I took my truck in for a oil change, told them to use the same as they always have they put a more expensive oil in it. Also they rotated my tires which I did not ask for. When I got home I noticed one of my tire lugs were missing had my husband check and he found one that was not tightened at all. I took it then to Michael at Johns other location and he replaced the lug that was missing.I would not go back to the shop on Higley ever again , I didn't think they could mess up a oil change. This is not the first time I have had problems with the Higley location but it will be the last..... I do want to say Thank-you for the great customer service that Michael at the Queen Creek location has provided because if it was not for him I would be looking for a different garage to take my vehicles to.....
