It was okay, the same price as taking it to a dealership. The only difference was the price of the part may have been cheaper. I asked them to look diagnose the airbag light but they said that they saw nothing, when I picked up my car it was still flashing but I didn't say anything about it. The Technician also left the old gasket of the throttle body wedged in between the hood and the body of the car. There was no real proof of the repair needed at the time. I just trusted what they told me over the phone so on my part I should have looked into it more.

I went to the shop for an oil change, did not expect to walk out of there with a $300+ bill. On my way to work that Friday the engine light came on. Being a woman, alone on the road, of course I panicked. I had complained to Tim the same day I had the car in the shop that it was idling way too high and that the brakes made a strange noise. I guess the idle problem was a precursor for the engine light to come on. I got the car back to the shop and they found the problem (theirs).

Stamps Automotive has been in contact with both Angela as well as her husband to bring the vehicle back into our facility for another diagnostic check. They both agreed to do so, however we have not seen the vehicle back at any of our locations.
Our explanations of the issues and recommendations on her vehicle were explained thoroughly and she was given our diagnostic report with our findings.
Stamps Automotive is willing do another vehicle diagnostic on Angela's vehicle to identify and resolve the problem.

Some put double the amount of air in all of my tires which caused me to have one replaced due to damage. I addressed the situation to Micheal and nothing was done about it.
Stamps Automotive has contacted this customer. Based on the tires load rating the tire was at it's maximum tire pressure. Based on our recommendations, as well as a Nationally trusted Tire center we use, It was both of our recommendations that all of the tires be replaced. The tires were in extremely poor condition as well almost 6 years old. Tires don't hold together very well when they become cracked and dry rotted.
I addressed the problem with Angela and we could not come to an agreement to fix her tire issue.

The service was good, it was just an oil change but I was surprised at their pricing since they say on their coupon mailer that they beat dealership pricing because I paid a little more. Maybe this comes into play more so when you are doing more then an oil change.

I received 2 quotes on further repair work that needed to be done. Got a 2nd opinion on one of the quotes and was pleased to find out that the fluid leak was only required the hose to be tighten, The quote at Stamps was for a $500.00+ radiator repair job. Really makes me question the accuracy / honesty of the process. I've used Stamps quite a bit and up to this this time I've been pleased. Not sure that I'll return for anything other than a oil change.

We have sent MANY customers to the store over the years (and recently) having always been happy in the past. However, our last visit and that of a friend was not positive. The gentleman working the counter Michael (not Mike) conducts himself like a salesman and nothing else. Mike was always thorough about discussing the issue with your vehicle and would recommend other maintenance but was NEVER pushy. He would let you know why it was needed and if it could be put off for another visit. Michael focuses only on up selling maintenance work even when you are already having expensive work done on your vehicle that trip. He acts as though it is work that needs to be done immediately or there will be damage to your car. Then when you try to discuss what is currently wrong with your car, he doesn't seem to even know about it and always has to disappear to ask the mechanic and still can't explain. Our friend on their last visit finally had to demand the mechanic come out to speak to her because Michael was of no help.
