'87 Dodge Van B250 318 - sat for two years, fuel system/everything rotted, replaced tank, sending unit, fuel pump and filter, lines replaced, ECM, caborator, distributor, plugs - starts easy, engine sounds great/smooth UNTIL it runs on the highway, after about 10-15 miles it will stall out, it restarts but then stall again. Swithed to electric fuel pump and by-passed ECM with manual distributor, problem still not resolved. Any other ideas?

I sounds like your fuel filters have clogged up, even though you have replaced them. The intank filter is especially vulnerable to clogging restricting fuel flow under load.
