Stalling or Low Engine Idle Speed Due to Dirty Throttle Body on Cadillac CTS-V

Problem Description and Possible Solution

A dirty throttle body may cause a lower than normal idle and possible stalling condition. Performing a throttle body service will commonly correct this concern.

My car sputters at idle and reverse. Just changed the spark plugs and oil. A few weeks before I had that gas cap warning come on, I changed the sensor on the fuel injector and it hasn't come back. Idle has always been a little low but the sputtering just started a week or so ago
Lost speed while driving on highway - would not go faster then 60mph.
All kinds of engine lights came on.
Took to dealer and the a repair cost over $600 !!!
