1st) The SRS light indicates a malfunction in the air bag system and needs to be diagnosed and repaired by a professional technician. Even if the light comes on and off, there is a problem. 2nd) The air bag off light could be indicating the passenger side air bag being off for a few reasons- 1) there isn't anyone sitting in the passenger seat, 2) the weight of the passenger is to low for the air bag to function properly(also a purse or package could cause this), 3) the passenger weight sensor could be malfunctioning. 3rd) I recommend having a professional do this- but there are 2 screws behind the interior door handle and maybe two on the on the bottom that will be visible(been a while since I took one off). Once the screws are removed use a plastic wedge around the bottom to pop the clips loose and continue all the way around the door panel. Then lift up on the panel to loosen the top. 4th) It may sound really simple, but try removing the 3rd(center) brake light bulb and see if the noise goes away. If it does, try a new bulb first, if the noise is still there check the rear body grounding point and clean if needed. If the noise is still there the antenna amplifier may be bad.

your srs control module is faulty. had the same problem. the cost is 1,200.00 to get it replaced!
