Lubrication is most likely a good place to start for your Steering Wheel, try spraying WD-40. The squeak sounds like a slipping and glazed belt. If your belt is glazed, they will squeal like a banshee. Check your belt tensioner to make sure that it is not frozen. Check all of your pulleys to make sure the bearings are all OK. If you don't know how to check these things, have a good mechanic do it. If the tensioner is ok ( they wear out a lot ) and all the pulleys and bearings are OK, then get a new Gates Belt, which is a good factory quality belt. I would get both the Belt and the tensioner if you car has over 90k Also make sure that you don't have any fluid leaking on the belt, like coolant, as it will cause the belt to squeal. If you do have a fluid, especially coolant you need to fix the leak first. Then you can address the belt issues. I know that this is a lot, but this is how I approach these problems in the shop, so I really fix the whole problem.
