March is quite a long time ago, really, in driving terms! But I understand squeaks are very frustrating. I would recommend taking the van back to the firm that performed the brake service, and perhaps they would give you a complimentary check to see what is currently going on. Hopefully they will be willing to help.

I would take the van back to the place where your van was worked on and either get them to either fix the problem or get your money back and go to Brake World. If I needed to have brakes done on a van that would be the place to go.
