Replaced with after market pads (all wheels) twice within 2000 mi.because of squeel(pads looked new) refaced rotors applied pounds of anti squeek greese & cannot stop squeel at any speed- do i need mercedes pads?

    What brands of aftermarket brake pads did you use? We have had luck using Wagner Thermoquite. Use brake squeal grease sparingly. The brake rotors should have a non directional finish on them to avoid squeal. We use a brake hone see link bellow

    Perhaps all your problems would be averted by using quality Mercedes brake pads. Its so frustrating having to do a job twice never mind three times.
