Question: Squealing

 Rookie

This heat is affecting my car. When I start it it starts squealing. I turn off my air conditioner and it will turn off. I already had my fan belt replaced. I took it to the shop and the service advisor says that when it rains or is really hot outside the fan belt gets wet and it will squeal. he told me it would be ok.
