Question: squeaky belts

The belts are squeaky in the morning when the van is cold, What could it be? Do I need to replace drive belts?

    take a battle of water wiht spray end spray on belt if tha noise go awey replace the belt if is not let the auto mechanic check water punp end the rest of pulleys
