Question: squeaks occur about 20 mins after driving my grand prix everytime i go somewhere

i own a 99 grand prix gt which squeaks everytime i slow down hit the brakes or stopped at a red light about 20 mins after i turn on the car and go to where i need to i put new rotors on the front, new belt and a reprogrammed pcm to see if it would help, but still squeaks any suggestions on what it might be

    I would check the belt tensioner, and Idler pulley first for a bearing problem. You can get a can of spray lube like WD40, etc. run engine until the noise starts then spray it near the center of these two parts if the noise goes away there is your problem. If neither of these show to be the problem listen to see if the noise is coming from the water pump or Alternator.

    i went ahead, and replaced all parts, and yet it still makes that squeal squeak whine sound any other suggestions on what it might be?
