Question: squeaking brakes when backing out of driveway

 Rookie

What is the cause? I've pd. $45 already to fix and it still does this - don't need new brakes. What to do to fix?

  It's not uncommon for rust to build up on the rotors when the car has sat overnight. This rust build-up can cause squeaking for the first few braking applications, there's not much you can do if that is the case.

  When i get into the car in the morning and i am backing out of the driveway my brakes make a squeaking noise. This seems to be the only time I hear this. Is this normal?
