squeaking brakes on 2002 Toyota Camry

When i get into the car in the morning and i am backing out of the driveway my brakes make a squeaking noise. This seems to be the only time I hear this. Is this normal?

My 2002 Camry has been doing the exact same thing for about 70,000 miles. I've had the brakes inspected more than once, and they are fine. This is just an annoyance.
