Squeak on 2007 Toyota Corolla

Car has a squeak when started after sitting all night. Does not sound like fan belt and belt looks good. Squeak lasts until car has been driven for about 10 min. Could it be a pulley?

Most likely the belt is not tensioned correctly. First start in the morning the starter takes a lot of energy out of the battery which the alternator then tops up putting stress on the fan belt. Toyota had some failure of the automatic belt tensioners.

The car was brand new when I got it and it barely has 23,000 miles on it. Does the automatic tensioner go out this soon? where is the automatic tensioner and what does it look like?
