sqeaking in front end on 2001 Ford F-150

my f-150 front end has been sqeaking we have tried to find all grease fittings still sqeaking any suggestions ?

Get a friend to press up and down on the fender of the truck while you carefully spray a product like WD40 on the lower ball joint, then the then the upper ball joint, the inner wishbone bushings, then spring perch, and sway bar link. When the noise goes away as your friend pushes up and down on the vehicle, you have found the source of the squeak.

Get a grease gun and a needle attachment. Poke the needle attachment into the tie rod grease boots and shoot some in. Dont overfill. Have someone turning the steering wheel at the same time, until it stops squeaking...
