Question: sputters during acceleration

 Rookie

so i changed the spark plugs it ran good for a couple miles and went straight back to sputtering during acceleration

    Your distributor has a reluctor that control injector when it fails the injector do not fire when they should ,resulting in sputtering in acceleration.There is also a MAP (manifold absolute sensor) that can do this inpect the hose that is connected to it,above all get a engine trouble code so we can go from there
