Question: Speedometer, odometer, & tachometer inop. Cruise control inop. Any relation?

Rookie

Just acquired car. Trying to determine if anything disconnected could cause instruments to not work (before replacing components, e.g instrument cluster etc.) Fuses checked, everything else seems to work OK.

Speedometer: tells the speed you are driving and odometer:The distance you have traveled from when you set it to 0.
A tachometer (greek?: fast, swift) measures your engines speed in revolutions per minute (RPM).
