Question: SPEEDOMETER NOT WORKING

• how to replace speedometer in a 1994 cavalier
  i bought the car go halfway home and the speedometer stopped working the rest of the guage cluster still works

• my 2004 chevy cavalier won't shift out of first and my speedometer quit working
  this just happened tonight first time. no check engine light and i already tried reseting the computer by disconnecting battery for 1/2 hour. did not work. any suggestions!!!
