I own a ford in australia, my problem is the speedo stopped, Ive done some tests myself an the only fault i've found is the signal coming from 1 abs sensor is a tiny bit different then the other 3. In this case the 4 ABS sensors each send a signal to the ABS module which then send a signal via CAN to the ECM. Ive pulsed my own signal to the ECM with a test tool I own just to see if the ECM is working fine which it is, I got the speedo to work using this tool. Im just curious to know if I erratic signal from a wheel sensor would cause the speedo to not work or perhaps the ABS module is faulty internally. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..... Troy

do you have any codes?

Yeah 2 codes. One is p0602 powertrain control module programming error. And p0500 speed sensor A. Missing or erratic speed signal. The first one has been there for a long time though an speedo was working when I saw that code.
