The labor times to replace the plugs is .7 to .9 hour labor for either the 4 or 6 cylinder engine. Which wouldn't imply anything exceptionally difficult. The repair instructions in the workshop manual did not say much more than remove plug wires and then remove spark plugs. Seems like perseverance and patience is required. On some cars that have difficult to remove spark plugs I end up using several different extensions and universal joints to gain access to the plugs.
