You did not mention which engine you have. The V6 requires removal of each coil-on-plug to remove the spark plug. The 4 cylinder requires the removal of the air cleaner housing, the ignition wires and the throttle body (to get to the #2 and #3 plug).

There is no pattern to the misfires, I can stop turn the ignition off and restart then no problems. Can go for 2 weeks no issue then have a cylinder misfire, Jeep shaking and lost of power everyday...
