how do i remove the back spark plugs on a2003 kia sedona

   Master

  This engine has individual ignition coils over each spark plug which must be removed to gain access to the spark plugs. The front spark plugs are easy to change, to change the the rear plugs the intake manifold/plenum needs to be removed. Labor time to replace the spark plugs is 2 hour, to 2 1/2 hours.

  I have to use transmission override to get out of park? no other indications of problems and car drives well. what can cause this to need override. 72k on engine dealer maintained.
