A/C delco supplies the original spark plugs for your 99 Lumina, the recommend replacement interval is 100,000 miles. My suggestion would be to replace the spark plugs with the same original equipment A/C delco plugs and also change the spark plug wires at the same time. That way your plugs and wires should be good for another 100,000 miles.
