spark plugs on 2006 Toyota Tacoma

What would be the very best spark plugs I could use in my 2006 toyota tacoma v-6 without hurting anything thank you

OE Toyota plugs, could be either NGK or Denso. Matter of fact I was surprised because in my 2005 4Runner I had Denso plugs in 1 bank and NGK in the other. When I talked to a Toyota tech friend he said they see that quite often, but when they replace them they use only one kind. Zee
