I own and auto repair shop in Oregon and own a Bravada as well, I love it but my daughter stole it from me. No special tools are required, but good tools will make the job much easier, the regular Snap-on spark plug socket is a little longer than your cheaper brands and this works good on the 4.3. Also, with a wobble spark plug socket and long extension, you can get to a couple of the plugs through the fenderwell, but jack it up on the frame so the suspension and wheel drops. They are a pain in the butt anyway, but no special tools are required. Good luck Joe
