  Completely depends on the staff you encounter. Beware of Henry. He tried to quote me nearly $3000 to start troubleshooting a problem that was fixed for about $350 at Benson's. Claimed to have replaced a water pump, and it was verified that the system was never drained or flushed afterwards (which is unscrupulous, if not near impossible). Shop rates are identical to dealer's rates (last quote $98/hr compared to about $68 for average non-dealer). On two separate occasions, I had problems with a repair team (above mentioned and one mechanic) and Todd, the owner, defended them rather than seriously considering that they did something wrong.

  I've been using this place for several years now and never had a single complaint.

  The customer area is extremely comfortable and clean.
  The employees are extremely friendly. They've sent out their driver to take me to and from work when my car's been in their shop.

  I've also used their night drop-off service as well.

  They go the extra mile with nice touches like hand-washing your car before you pick it up.

  Highly recommended.
