Question: space 22 in fuse panel enging control fuse blows every time it starts

Can't get any codes as soon as key turns on fuses blow, pulled PCM relay and fuse will not blow have switched relays to make sure it was not bad,disconnected PCM behind battery still blows fuse, checked for a short in wire nothing found yet

    there has to be something shorting out to blow fuse.is the #22 fuse for the obd11 connector pwr. if so ck to see if cig lighter recepticle has something in it that is shorting out or disc cig lighter wiring. iv seen this many times
