    I've been bringing my vehicles to Rick at Southwest Automotive for going on 10 years. I've brought a series of Fords, Hondas, and Mazdas and he has always done a great job. On the few occasions where I felt that things weren't quite done 100%, Ricky quickly and cheerfully resolved any issues. I registered for this site just so that I could come on and give him a good plug...not because I have any relationship with him beyond being a customer, but because I've had so many dicey car repair experiences that I really wanted to call out and commend someone who does it right.
