  Been there a few different times over the past two years. Very high prices ($250 to replace spark plugs!). Once I even had a coupon that they said they honored but when I checked the invoice before signing, it wasn't. After arguing with the cashier for about ten minutes I requested to see the manager. Oops, they had added wrong and accidentally didn't include the discount which is what I had been saying all along. (Really? Really? It wasn't even that big of a discount!)

  I've consistently had issues with brakes, and I've grown suspicious that they set it up so each time I'll need to perform major break service on a different wheel each time. Service is slow to respond and not very friendly.

  In short, every time I leave I can't help but feel "taken" and frustrated.

  2002 Jeep Liberty. They never have the parts in stock and you have to wait another day. Over charge! I paid $425. to replace high pressure hose to the power steering unit. It should have cost between $200 and $300
