  Had near miss while traveling to LI for Memorial Day weekend. Just happened to pull into John's garage and received exceptional service. Being out of state, the garage could have easily taken advantage of my situation needing extensive repair to front driver side axel and wheel system. John was able to find parts and even save me some money and complete the repairs that Friday before the holiday weekend. I've since referred several family members who live in the area to consider Sonrise Automotive for future needs. In this day and age, it is always stressful finding honest and trustworthy repair centers. This garage deserves 5 stars for their superb service and friendliness. Despite the unexpected cost of this mishap, we were still able to salvage a great weekend with family and friends thanks to John and his staffs' timely work.

  I love those guys, every time I bring my car there John takes car of everything. He calls me if he sees something that's wrong he'll let me know if something needs to be fixed or replaced. He is just a professional, he truly is.

  They are very honest and they don't really feel like they are trying to cheat you out of something like other shops do. They always tell you what's wrong. They don't just fix it without letting you know. Usually when they fix something it doesn't break.

  They did such a great job. I didn't have the money at the time and I called them. They had my car for about two weeks before I had the money, and they kept my car and they were wonderful. These people are just wonderful, Christian people.

  I switched over from bringing my volvo to the dealership for maintenance to sonrise and am very happy we did so. Sonrise is a nice "ma and pop" shop :) very welcoming and friendly, the service has always been reliable and trustworthy. I WANTED new brakes and came in asking for them but after Johm checked my car he told me they were still good for a while. That never happens in any other garages!!

  I have been bringing my cars to Sonrise for 13-14 years. It's the best shop ever! John and his staff provide excellent service, fair prices, quality products and they stand behind their work. I can leave the shop with a clear mind knowing my car was serviced/repaired properly. Honesty, friendly, great service - it doesn't get any better than that. John Bryant and his staff are great!   I've been taking my car to Sonrise Auto for about 7 years. I have peace of mind knowing that, (being a women)I can take my car for repairs, without being taken advantage of, ( you know those shops that say they fixed the problem, only to come to find that they didn't or they used cheap parts. And when my car is fixed it's Fixed. Warm friendly service, clean enviroment.

  So going to a car repair place can sometimes be scary, expensive and wondering if they are doing the right thing for you and your vehicle. I've been going to Sonrise Automotive for a few years, I've never felt more comfortable with an automotive place, and their staff. I just returned from a road trip to Florida. I had a bit of a car issue on the way. I immediately called John at Sonrise Auto and it was like talking to a friend of the family for years as he talked me through on how to get my truck fixed. I immediately brought it to him when I got home to check out what the place in Florida did. It was good to bring it back home where we feel comfortable.

  I highly recommend John and his staff at Sonrise Auto.

  Everyone at Sonrise automotive will always greet you with a smile. Great customer service. John is excellent. I am glad I found him! I will continue to bring my jaguar to John. He is a fair and honest individual, very hard to find these days. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

  I have been bringing my autos to Sonrise for many years. I live in Westbrook, Ct. but continue to bring my cars to John. The crew at Sonrise Automotive has kept two cars I have owned on the road in excess of 300,000 miles. I know the work will be done right and their treatment of me as a customer is really as a friend. I would give them 10 stars if they were there

  Just had my car fixed by Sonrise Auto, found them through Repair pal. Read all the good feed back....it's true...they are the greatest. I though I needed a whole new clutch...but they found the problem which was minor. They could have cheated me and said I needed that new clutch...but they are honest! Get that a honest auto repair shop! WOW! Run not walk to this place...well you can drive there LOL

  I take all of my three vehicles to Sonrise Auto. On my recent visit they repaired a leaking oil pan gasket,ac service,changed oil & car inspection. All done in a timely fashion unlike most shops where you wait for days. They are truly a breath of fresh air & the Customer Service is outstanding.

  I am always pleased with the courteous customer service at Sonrise Automotive. Each and every time I call, they are friendly and efficient. The car is ready when they say it will be and the quality of work has never been a problem. They have serviced each car I own. It is conveniently located near my home and I like that I can have my vehicles serviced and inspections done at Sonrise Automotive instead of the dealerships. Sonrise Automotive prices are better too. I have been a satisfied customer for a number of years.
