1991 Dodge Ram Van B250 Question: somthing is killing my battery and no one can find whats doing it

my van is a 1991 dodge ram 250 it has a v6 engine and it's a 3ponit 9 .im trying to find out what's killing my batties, ive had two new alternaters put on it ,but nothing seems to work.i called the dodge company earlier and they told me it could be the power control moudle and it was located on the or near the engine

    When the van is idling, does the battery have at least 14 volts? If not the charging system is not working. I think that there is a voltage regulator on the firewall on these, I know I have replaced several on dodge vans. Again, if you don't have 14 or so volts at idle ( lights off, no heater motor on, no radio, no wipers etc ) your battery is not being charged properly and it WILL go dead.
