My zip code is 37207,Nashville, Tn, but most repair places near me are 37115, Madison, TN. The parts are what is supposed to hold the window in place as it goes up and down. Thanks! There's something come apart in the window regulator machanism inside the door. You'lll need someone to remove the trim panel to see what's wrong.
Here's a directory link for you:

if the window goes up but not down even if you hear the regulator running i suspect the 2 window clips have broken.i have a 2003 grand am and this happened to me as these cars are notorious for this happening.auto glass shops can fix that problem.it can be done yourself to save some money.you'll need two window clips,an epoxy cup, minor tools and a burnzomatic torch.if you decide to pull the door skin off and do this yourself then theres a hidden screw behind the red reflector.
