Question: some time the van will not start .dealer said that the computer does not record

i try with both of my keys but no help, starts 99% of the time, after 8 to 12 tries..not dependable in an emergency!

    WHEN YOU TRY TO START IS THE ENG. TURNING OVER BUT WONT FIRE UP
    OR DOES NOT TRY TO TURN OVER AT ALL? IF TURNING OVER BUT WON'T
    FIRE UP, SCANNER CAN HELP HAVE IT CHECKED OUT.
