Transmission May not Shift into Fourth Gear at Times on Honda Ridgeline

Some models have a problem were the transmission won't shift into fourth gear intermittently. This problem can commonly be repaired with a software update from Honda.

Just looked at all of the comments of this issue and everybody has the exact same problem including me. Maybe Honda should fix this massively apparent problem. The shift hesitation between 40-45 was solved when I replaced some of my tranny fluid with Royal Purple. I still have a few other issues that are most definitely related to a control unit of some sort.
