Some models have a problem were the transmission won't shift into fourth gear intermittently. This problem can commonly be repaired with a software update from Honda.

Strange vibration for about a second when traveling at about 40mph.
Sometimes wont shift to fourth without further exceleration.Costing higher fuel use.
Got software update and no more issues.

Just looked at all of the comments of this issue and everybody has the exact same problem including me. Maybe Honda should fix this massively apparent problem. The shift hesitation between 40-45 was solved when I replaced some of my tranny fluid with Royal Purple. I still have a few other issues that are most definitely related to a control unit of some sort.
RPM doesn't move past 4, great switch between reverse and drive are difficult, and picking up speed is difficult.
Just had airbag serviced. Next day it started shifting funny. Had problem driving up car ramps
