Software update for intergrated power module on Dodge Caliber

Problem Description and Possible Solution
The rear wiper may stop working and a fault code B2215 stored. Also, the A.C. power inverter may not work as it should. Our technicians tell us that a software update for the totally integrated power module will correct these issues.

Starting with my electronic throttle control, next, rear windshield stopped, front end is shit, no action converter for power or cigarette lighter jack and now, my heater / ac fan works sometimes. If I can get it to start, eventually it slows and stops.....I really liked this car when we bought it used, but frankly it's a piece of shit that looks good. So much for giving our American cars another chance, my caliber failed that test miserably. I hope dodge realizes how many people I've heard say dodge vehicles are junk, wish I'd have known that $13,000 ago....
will report back after its fixed
Told TIPM gone bad and must be replaced. Car runs but wipers and lights flicker. Wondering if an update would work for my car.
