Question: soft top motor stop working

the motor of top stop working and I did disconnect the battery and did not work either , what is my options
do i need coputer code for it and where can I get that

    Hi my name is Jonathan. I work at Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale. The pump could be burnt up. I would have to check it to make sure you have power going to the pump.
