Question: So this mini van I'm working on pulls up a PO101 its making a loud squealing

The squealing it very loud it does it when its in idle and in geer

    P0101 is a mass air flow sensor fault, it happens on some GM. The squealing could be a vacuum leak, which could throw a mass air flow sensor code, or the squeal could be a separate issue. So do a very thorough vacuum leak inspection, before you just buy a new mass air flow sensor.
