car trank up and rans fins but won't go into any ranning gear at all

  i assume you mean it wont move forward or reverse. check the fluid level. beyond that it may have failed and needs to come out and be overhauled.

  if it is fill with the fluild and u can moved the shifter but it will not go into gear forwarded or reverse would it be in the shifter gear

  no, most likely internal. sorry, sounds like you need a trans replacement.
