Just simply it smokes on start-up, and the smoke smells like spent fuel exhaust, very rich though.
Have a diagnostic test performed to determine what is causing excessive fuel to get pushed through the engine. It's hard to stay the cause until you test it. You could have a leaking fuel injector, an air/fuel mixture issue, etc.
