Question: smoke under hood sometimes

Sometimes it smokes under the left side of the hood right in front of the driver side and where do I put the steering wheel fluid? The power steering is whining and getting harder to keep on the road.

    I think that you may have a power steering leak that is letting power steering fluid hit the exhaust and is causing the smoke. You need to fix the power steering before it gets unsafe.
