Smoke from Front of Vehicle, Engine Compartment Area, Exhaust Fumes in Cab on Ford F-350 Super Duty

A leak in the exhaust down pipe and cause smoke to be seen around the front of the vehicle and engine compartment, and exhaust fumes in the cab. The exhaust down pipe should be replaced.

All of a sudden when we take off I get fumes in the cab of the truck and we have to leave the windows cracked because we can't breath. We had to drive this way to Florida and back (Wi) this way. Ford should have a recall on this
