Check your car's fluid levels if any antifreeze is seen or the level is low have the system pressure tested for leaks. What you may see is the radiator fans turning on and blowing moisture from the radiator fins or moisture being dissipated from the hot engine. When it happens see if any one more knowledgeable with cars cold give you their impression as its had to guess without being able to see the "smoke" myself.
