It has passed before with the cracked manifold but since it has been sitting for 3 years do I have to replace the manifold before I do my smog test?

Masterit might pass and it might not but Napa has them available for $134 http://www.napaonline.com/MasterPages/NOLMaster.aspx?Page... If you have to change it
