Question: Smell of Gas when starting engine

Rookie
I get a strong smell of gasoline when I start the engine especially in cold weather. During the summer months it seldom happens. Upon inspection I do not see any raw fuel seeping anywhere. Any clues?

EnthusiastThere are some "known issues" with fuel smells in cold weather on certain Subarus. I am unaware of the problem existing on that year, but it may be a similar issue.
