Chris Coulter and Daniel Howell, the owner, combine for over 50 years of experience. These guys have an extensive well rounded backgrounds in the automotive industry. Chris has managment background and prides himself in the level of customer service he is able to deliver. Daniel has factory training at high end japanese and european car dealerships before gaining more experience at independent shops. They are both involved in the European car community, belonging to various car clubs and teaching performance driving classes. And not only is this shop open seven days a week, they are open until 9pm every day. It doesn't get more convenient than that! At Cardinal Plaza, we found a very dedicated group of technicians who have been together for a long time and have a combined 91 years of experience between them. Three of their five techs are ASE certified and all attend regular training.
