The car is fine but when the car idles there's a small vibration. Nothing at all major. It seems like the engine is idling just a little bit fas. Is that possible with today's electronics?

Even with today's electronics things can get out of specs. The vibration you feel could be due to a worn engine mount. Over time the rubber breaks down and they loose there ability to insulate the engine's vibrations from the cars cabin.
