I replaced the rear wheel bearings on my car and now have a slight squeaking noise in the drivers side rear only when im doing about 40 or faster and only when i turn right. do i need to get it checked out or is it not much to worry about?

MasterWell, I certainly would never say it is "not much to worry about"! Too much at risk with your safety. Squeaking can be due to many things, from being brake noise to perhaps an issue with that wheel bearing job. Hard to say; worth while to investigate.
