I recently took my 2008 Chevy Impala in for a basic lube, oil, and filter change. When I picked my car up, I was informed about a couple of items that could be and should be brought to the attention of a dealer for repair/replacement under warranty. Not many repair shops would have told me that I had these issues AND can have them covered by my factory warranty. I have been using SLACN for about 8 years and will continue to make them my service center of choice. From the car that they helped me nurse to 180,000+ miles to my current vehicle...I trust SLACN for all of my auto needs (tries, breaks, LOF, diagnostics, and all repairs) because I have 100% confidence in their efforts to take care of me as a customer and my car. I also trust that they will be honest with me about when my car might not be worth continuing to repair. An extremely fair priced service is nice, but the quality, care, and little extras (cookies with service, loaner cars, clean waiting room, etc.) I recommend Silver Lake Auto to everyone I know needs service and/or to purchase a high quality used vehicle.
