Question: Shuttering/Shaking when slowing down

I had the tires rotated and balanced and now when driving after hitting 60+MPHs and slowing down the wheels shake and shutter.

    If the shaking occurs as you brake, then the rotors are warped, which may have been caused by using an air impact gum to put on the lug bolts, this does happen. Either way take it back to the shop who rotated your tires and ask tell them about this new issue after you had them rotate your tires.
